Inspired by Otis Redding White Christmas. I became a fan of the African American tradition of Christmas music. All the greats have made a contribution to the genre from James Brown, Motown and all its artist, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson Five, The Supremes. The Staxx Christmas in Soulsville is a pivital work producing genre busting hits from The Emotions, Booker T and the MG’s and Otis Redding.

Many contemporary artist are continuing the tradition from Chris Brown, Destinys Child, Mariah Carey and More.

Each year artist new and old, county and jazz, hip hop and gospel, black, white, mexican and jewish produce new holiday music and we love to celebrate it!
